ROGER CLARK

Roger Clark is a 1972 Honors graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY.  A former US Merchant Marine deck officer and former US Naval Officer in the Ready Reserve.  Joining Delta Steamship Lines, New Orleans in 1972 in the Marine Transportation department and working thru various divisions, Marketing, Traffic, Assistant to the President and Manager of the Houston Office and Western Gulf of Mexico.  In 1985 joining Lykes Brothers Steamship Lines, New Orleans, in their Washington DC Government Affairs office. Transferring to the New Orleans headquarters in 1989.  Various management positions in Finance, Budgeting and elected as the Senior Vice President for the Mediterranean Shipping division and later World Wide Sales. Departed Lykes in 1995 and founded Clark Manco International specializing in marine transportation for Project Cargoes as Brokers and Vessel Charterers.
